For over a century the roads of northern Europe have been home to the toughest bicycle races in the world. The most famous of these, Paris to Roubaix, takes place each spring over brutal cobblestone roads that have been preserved in their historic condition for over 100 years. Inspired by this classic race, the Paris to Ancaster has taken place for the past twenty four years over the roughest farm lanes, trails and gravel roads we can find. Combined with unpredictable spring weather and the largest field of riders assembled in Canada, it has become a classic race experience for everyone from average riders to Canadian Olympians. Join us on April 26, 2020, our 27th annual event, to become part of the history of this unique race.

Averaging 10 km per lap, Mansfield's Epic 8 course is loaded with fast singletrack, interspersed doubletrack for passing and the odd climb to separate the pack. Fast riders can expect to come in at under 30 minutes, while the average rider should expect lap times of about 40-50 minutes. The course is enjoyable for all including first-timers to mountain bike events.

The BT 700 is a 700ish kilometre bikepacking route traversing some of the most interesting and less trodden terrain in southwestern Ontario. Yes, Ontario has some terrific terrain begging for a fatter tire adventure.

Each July, a common “grand depart” will occur from the historic village of St. Jacobs, Ontario which will bring together the cycle touring community. Can't make the event or fancy more alone time? Not a problem. The BT 700 is an open-sourced route and can be tackled at anytime of the year.

For some more bikepacking fun in Ontario check out the GNR route.
